- Sportexe: Provide consultation on an effective response strategy to address risks and public inquiries regarding HES issues.
- Private Natural Gas Pipeline Client: Provide QA on the design of environmental audit program.
- Auditing Roundtable (AR) Director of Education and Training: AR is an international organization whose mission is to promote excellence in HES management and sustainability through the enhancement and advancement of best practices, principles and values of efficient and timely monitoring and evaluation. My assignments for this position include:
- Develop and implement the business plan for its flagship training and education program
- Develop a multimedia delivery strategy for the training program (including video, web and computer based training)
- Represent the AR in the Trilateral Group (AR, BEAC and the IIA) to establish consensus-based auditor competency, proficiency and practice standards. www.auditing-roundtable.org

Headquarters Corporate Manager - Department of Health, Environment and Safety
- Created a nationally recognized Health Environmental and Safety Management and Review Program that has been consistently recognized as top quartile by government, industry and NGOs.
- Functioned in an advocacy role within the corporation and directly accountable to a Committee of the Board of Directors, as well as senior management. Reported to the Health and Environmental Safety Committee of the Board of Directors five times annually on the performance of Health, Environment, Safety and Risk Management (HESRM) and implemented Board directives.
- Led multidisciplinary project teams for consensus on programs and practices. Participate in the business continuity and contingency planning efforts at Headquarters and the subsidiaries. Directed and managed external consultants and contracts. Interfaced with the public, with environmental rights organizations and stakeholders in the field and on job sites.
- Designed and delivered presentations on key elements of Occidental’s health and environmental safety program to Federal agencies (Department of Justice, EPA) as well as to international industry groups and citizen’s advocacy groups.
- Conducted comprehensive management reviews of Occidental’s subsidiaries. Met with each President to evaluate his or her strategy on leadership, business integration of the HESRM policy, quality of her or his management systems, planning, and resource utilization. After the evaluative process, Constance partnered with each President in preparing a revealing report that the subsidiary presented to the Board of Directors.

Senior Management Consultant
- Led consultation team on a variety of projects within EMSP. Projects completed included business risk analysis, audit/assessment protocol design, regulatory and operations analysis, information management, risk identification, and management audits of the HES functions of various clients.
EARLY CAREER
Served as Supervisor of Environmental Operations for Aerojet General with responsibility for the management of environmental permitting and compliance programs for an 8500-acre solid rocket motor, liquid rocket engine and chemical research and development, production, manufacturing and testing facility. Also worked as an Analyst for the California Farm Bureau Federation as well as for the Sacramento Regional Area Planning Commission.

- As President, she reorganized the association to promote leadership, best practices, preparedness and efficiency.
- As Vice President, Constance designed and directed a detailed management study that provided a gap analysis of the strategic plan and delivered a roadmap for meeting the organization’s charter and satisfying members’ expectations.
Founder and Past President.
Founded a non-profit corporation to provide advocacy and support for survivors of traumatic brain injury and their families.
- Initiated, produced and chaired a series of technical medical conferences fully accredited for physician's Continuing Medical Education in partnership with University of California, Davis Medical Center.
- Devised a marketing plan and created video presentations adopted by the National Institutes of Health and National Library of Medicine, which ensured on-line access to the information by hospitals nationwide.
